Trust and data methodology

How Ecostaff builds useful company profiles

Ecostaff combines structured company data, official provider sources, company-submitted information, case studies and moderated reviews. Missing facts are not invented.

Data sources

Profile facts can come from company submissions, official provider websites and researched public sources. When data is uncertain, Ecostaff can keep it unverified or require manual review rather than presenting it as fact.

Review signals

Only approved public reviews contribute to the visible review count, average rating and review-based badges. Pending, rejected and internal QA reviews do not affect public trust signals.

Verification and badges

Claimed, Business Verified, Expertise Verified and review-based badges are controlled by published Ecostaff criteria. Companies cannot self-assign trust badges.

Paid visibility

Paid plans can add product value and visibility, but they do not replace organic rating, review quality or earned trust criteria.
